Economic Mobility Phase 2 Technical Assistance

Congratulations to the organizations who have been invited by United Way and the Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation to submit a full proposal for a new pilot grant or a mini grant to strengthen an existing program in Phase 2 of the Improving the Economic Mobility of Detroiters through Innovative Approaches in Adult Education application process. We look forward to working with you and providing technical assistance as you develop final proposals.

The United Way for Southeastern Michigan-Detroit Regional Workforce Fund and Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation have launched an innovative grant initiative called “Improving the Economic Mobility of Detroiters through Innovative Approaches in Adult Education.”

Reading Works is pleased to support this initiative by providing technical assistance to all applicants developing final proposals. We also look forward to leveraging this immediate grant opportunity to integrate foundational skills into the workforce system.
